CTRL ALT DUB™ is the artistic identity of Martin Coyle (b. 1975), an ultra-contemporary, post-digital abstract expressionist working across physical and digital media. Based in downtown Dover, New Hampshire since 2006, Coyle creates from a home-based studio housed in a renovated barn behind his residence—a space that reflects both independence and experimentation at the core of his practice.

Inspired by a wide spectrum of music that drives his creative process, Coyle’s work moves fluidly between figurative and non-figurative forms, rooted in the traditions of abstract expressionism while pushing beyond them. His practice spans painting, drawing,collage,sculpture,photography and digital media, with a constant curiosity for new materials, techniques, and emerging mediums.

Unbound by a single style or format, CTRL ALT DUB™ represents an evolving exploration of gesture, texture, rhythm, and digital influence—always experimental, always in motion, and always open to what comes next.
